Dosage forms - tablets 2.5 mg, capsules 5 mg, capsules 10 mg
Composition - Active ingredient - bromocriptine.

Indications for use: Infertility and dysmenorrhea due to hyperproduction of prolactin, hyperprolactinemia, postpartum lactation, acromegaly, benign nodular or cystic changes in the mammary glands, parkinsonism.

Contraindications - Hypotension, hypersensitivity, recent myocardial infarction, severe rhythm disturbances, mental illness. Restrictions on use: Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, pregnancy (first trimester).

Side effects - Nausea, vomiting, constipation, decreased blood pressure, whitening of fingers and toes during cooling, headache, swelling of the mucous membranes, orthostatic hypotension, collapse.

Interaction - Incompatible with MAO inhibitors and alcohol. Reduces the effect of neuroleptics, oral contraceptives, reduces akinesia caused by reserpine.
