D. A. D. Esopo Theory

D.A.D. Esopo (D.A.D. Esopo) is a theory that explains the mechanism of birth of a child in the cephalic position. This theory is based on the effect of the muscle and bone structures of the pelvis on the poles of the fetal head.

D. A. D. Esopo is considered one of the most common theories that explain the process of childbirth. It was proposed in the 19th century by the French physician and gynecologist Jean-Baptiste de Aesop. De Aesop believed that the mechanism of birth in the cephalic position is that the bony structures of the pelvis exert pressure on the poles of the head. This pressure causes the fetal head to move through and out of the pelvis.

This theory has been confirmed by many studies and experiments. In particular, it has been proven that with the cephalic position of the fetus, the bony structures of the pelvis actually put pressure on the fetal head, which leads to its advancement.

However, D. A. D. Esopo is not the only theory that explains the mechanism of childbirth with the cephalic position of the fetus. There are many other theories such as Kegel's theory, Crespi's theory and others. Each theory has its advantages and disadvantages, and the choice of a particular theory depends on the individual characteristics of the woman and her health status.

D A Esopian theory (D A D Esopa) - theory about the mechanism of fetal birth by the head

D A **Esopian (D A D Esopa)** theory is the doctrine of the mechanism of normal childbirth, partially confirmed by the practice of giving birth in a chair (sitting). It is stated that the mechanism of proper labor is possible only when the head passes through the pelvic cavity.

- The described theory explains the reason for the incorrect passage of the head through the birth canal in women during obstetrics.

— Simplified Ezhova is a method of safe, painless and quick childbirth by training a woman to have a positive image of breathing, frequency and regularity of the mother’s pulse; but this does not deny the essence of attempts. According to the author, in this way, labor can take place without physical intrusions (the disadvantages may differ from the advantages, namely the weakness of some aspects of labor - spontaneous attempts);

In the classical sense, childbirth is a traumatic process for the reproductive organs, which ends with a violation of the integrity of soft tissues or a violation of the integrity of bones with displacement of the fetus. This injury, accompanied by rupture of the uterine tissue, resulting in necrosis of the uterine muscles, is called abnormal labor. The term was proposed by the scientist S.D.N.N., who means by childbirth the physical struggle of a woman with the body of a child. Regarding this P.M. Gelman expressed that he could refute N.N.’s statement, since it is currently generally accepted, and he believed that P.M. Mashin gave the correct definition of correct presentation. But if every mother took care of her own development, more healthy and smart children would be born. But most Russian women do as they please, they believe that everything will definitely be fine, so apart from books, no one is interested in research in this area and does not listen to practicing doctors.
