Hemeralopia Congenital

Congenital hemeralopia, or heterochromic (brown) cataract, or heterogeneous (from the Greek heteros - different, different and Greek khatarkeuo - remove cataract) - cataracts, the differentiated nature of which is explained by the heterogeneity of pigment spots formed in the process of its formation. This name is explained by the fact that with such cataracts, only the color of the spots on the surface of the lens changes, and the number and size of the spots do not undergo significant changes throughout life.
