When combined with coumarin-type anticoagulants and alcohol, it increases the risk of hemorrhagic complications, and with tableted glucocorticoids - the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Overdose: Symptoms: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, lethargy, drowsiness, depression, headache, tinnitus, metabolic acidosis, coma, acute renal failure, hypotension, bradycardia, tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and respiratory arrest.

Special instructions:
