In most cases, the decay is accompanied by polydacty (an increase in the number of fingers).

Disintegration of the hand is manifested by the presence of one or more fingers located inside the palm, but there are many such deviations. Among the main splitting options are the following:

Treatment of such defects is possible only with surgical methods. After surgery, the arm is splinted and the child is admitted for postoperative treatment. Often, a split hand is accompanied by polydacty - the presence of extra fingers on the hand. With such an extortion, as a rule, the excess phalanx is removed.
