Lorinden A: Effective ointment for the treatment of skin diseases

Lorinden A is a combination drug, presented in the form of an ointment, and is used to treat various skin diseases. It is produced in Poland by the pharmaceutical companies Polfa and Elfa SA, and has the international name "Flumetasone + Salicylic acid". Also known by the synonym "Lokasalen".

The main active ingredients in Lorinden A are flumetazolone and salicylic acid. Flumetazolone belongs to the group of glucocorticosteroids that have anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects. Salicylic acid has a keratolytic effect, helping to exfoliate dead skin cells.

Lorinden A is effective in the treatment of various skin diseases, including chronic eczema, neurodermatitis, psoriasis, lichen planus and erythematous lichen, as well as seborrheic dermatitis. However, before you start using Lorinden A, it is recommended to consult your doctor to receive an accurate diagnosis and recommendations for use.

It must be taken into account that Lorinden A also has contraindications. It is not recommended for purulent complications of skin diseases, viral skin diseases, skin tuberculosis, syphilitic skin lesions and skin reactions after vaccination. Also, you should not use Lorinden A if you are allergic to corticosteroids.

In rare cases, some people may experience side effects when using Lorinden A, such as skin irritation and itching. Interaction with other drugs has not yet been studied, and there is no data on overdose or special instructions for use.
