Mesophiles

Mesophilic bacteria are microorganisms that prefer average temperatures for their growth and development. They occupy an intermediate position between thermophilic and psychrophilic bacteria in their requirements for environmental conditions.

Mesophilic microorganisms are widespread in nature and are part of the normal microflora of humans and animals. They participate in the decomposition of organic substances, the synthesis of vitamins and other biochemical processes.

However, mesophilic bacteria can cause various diseases in humans and animals, especially under conditions of high humidity and temperature. For example, they can cause food poisoning, urinary tract infections and other diseases.

To prevent the spread of mesophilic bacteria, it is necessary to observe the rules of hygiene and cleanliness at home and at work. It is also important to regularly disinfect and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
