Mikulicz-Kümmel Exfoliative Cheilitis

*Mikulich-Kümmel excoriative disease*, based on chronic trauma to the skin and resulting from constant macerating effects and irritation from any factors on the distal part of the buccal mucosa. *A variant of this disease is the bullous variety* (with the formation of blisters) and true exfoliation fever - a milder form compared to Mikulikha-Kyukmelsky. Another licherous group of diseases includes *linear acantholytic fever* (Loshadnikova - Ashker), caused by an autoimmune disease that is prone to relapses and rare complex manifestations.
