Paralysis Facial

**Facial paralysis** is a disease of the facial muscles that occurs as a result of damage to the facial nerve for any reason. Patients complain of paresis of the facial muscles of half the face. Characteristic signs of paralysis of the facial nerve are represented by painful facial asymmetry, paresis and anesthesia of the facial muscles. Facial nerve neuropathy is diagnosed using various techniques. During the treatment process, both conservative and surgical methods are used, which are selected individually. Facial nerve paralysis is a progressive, irreversible damage to facial neurons, which is accompanied by sensorimotor disorders in various combinations and leads to persistent facial deformation, as well as the inability to move facial muscles. Also, facial paralysis is a disease in which the facial muscles and nerves of the face are affected due to improper functioning of the nerves of the brain, irritation of the nerve fibers or weakness of the facial muscles.
