Burn marks (blue bird's eyes) are small red spots on the skin, similar to freckles. They are formed due to the expansion of small capillaries as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Burns most often appear on open areas of the skin - face, neck, arms, shoulders. In people with fair skin they appear faster and more noticeably.

To prevent burns, it is recommended to use sunscreen, wear hats, and long sleeves. It is also useful to take vitamins and antioxidants that strengthen capillaries.

The burns are harmless and usually go away on their own once the skin is no longer exposed to UV rays. However, in some cases they can persist for a long time. To eliminate them, whitening creams and laser procedures are used.
