Dysthymic psychopathy (dysthymia syndrome, affective weakness, endogenous depression, endogenous depressive disorder, affect-deficit disorder) is one of the types of dissocial personality disorder. It is formed in childhood or adolescence, when the personality becomes lethargic, lacking initiative, or the so-called torpid type of behavior is observed - a neurotic and cerebroasthenic tendency to inhibit reactions and states of active arousal - see: ICD-11 (Mental disorders and behavioral disorders.)
