To perform the exercise, you need to slowly lower your body onto the bars so that your chest almost touches the bars. Then you should return to the starting position. To increase the load, you can use different push-ups: on your fists, on your elbows or on your fingers. - **Lifting dumbbells for biceps**. This exercise develops the arm muscles and upper pectoral muscles. To perform the exercise, you need to take dumbbells and lift them with both hands to chest level, then return to the starting position, stretching your arms along your body. This exercise helps strengthen your upper body and make it more toned. - **Pull-ups on the bar**. This exercise is great for developing your back muscles as well as your upper body. To begin, stand on the bar, holding it with your hands shoulder-width apart. Then you need to pull yourself up so that your chest level rises above the bar, and then slowly lower yourself onto the bar. The exercise is considered correct if the chin is above the bar and the shoulders are parallel to it.
