Thromboplastinogen

Thromboplastin Thromboplastigen is a hereditary hemorrhagic diathesis characterized by factor VIII deficiency. For short, this syndrome is also called hemophilia A or von Willebrand disease, since it is genetically related to the syndrome of the same name. This is the most common form of hemophilia and is caused by platelet deficiency. Deficiency can be identified in early childhood. It is possible to determine the causes of the disease through molecular genetic research. The life expectancy of patients with the disease is on average reduced compared to humans and is only 30 years. The main reasons for the development of a serious illness are heredity and injuries received by a person.
