Tubular processes are complex and multi-stage production processes that require high qualifications and significant material and time costs. At the same time, the introduction of innovative technology and automated control systems can significantly speed up the process and reduce the cost of the product, which makes production increasingly attractive for small and medium-sized businesses.
The tubular process is a process chain that begins with the loading of raw materials, followed by their preparation for production (for example, dimensional calibration), then the process of creating the desired semi-finished product - from melt or injection molding, welding or gluing of workpieces, as well as inspection and analysis of the finished product. Typically, tubular operations, such as calibration, preparation and control, are performed in special installations for creating instruments or on automatic lines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all operations.
Some of the main types of tubular processes include extrusion, winding, drawing, cutting and cutting, and molding. Proiz
