Vein Splenic

The splenic vein (V. lienalis) is a paired venous terminal and the largest vein of the abdominal cavity, mainly consisting of posterior and internal lienal veins. It is a branch of the esophagus, while the main vein of the perinephric space is the inferior vena cava.
