Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 pink tablets in the morning and 2 white tablets in the evening with food. Duration of treatment is 1-2 months with breaks of 10-15 days.

With a relatively varied and rich diet, you can take one tablet at a time.

For those who have a fasting diet or nutrition that leaves much to be desired, two VITABS tablets will satisfy the daily need for vitamins and minerals.
