Vitamin F99: description, application and features

Vitamin F99 is a dermatoprotective product produced by several companies, including Deutsch, Greter and Co. AG from Switzerland, as well as Presnyakov Laboratory/Strelets, Strelets Firm and Twins Tech/Strelets Firm from Russia. The main active ingredient of the drug is a mixture of ethyl esters of linoleic and linolenic acids.

Vitamin F99 is available in several dosage forms, including 250 mg capsules, 2% thick ointment, 2% bold ointment, thick cream, bold cream and 100 g powder. Capsules are recommended for use in eczema, liver diseases and digestive disorders. Fat ointment is intended for the treatment of dry eczema, painful skin, cracks, ulcers, burns and cuts. Bold ointment is used for mild eczema, cuts, burns, varicose leg ulcers, milk scab and furunculosis.

Despite its beneficial properties, vitamin F99 has contraindications. Capsules are not recommended for use in cases of obstruction of the biliary tract and calculous cholecystitis. When using the ointment, increased sensitivity to the drug is possible.
