Verrucous dermatitis

Verrucous dermatitis (dermatitus verrucosus, formerly called papular warty dermatitis) is a skin disease of unknown etiology that is classified as inflammatory. It affects mainly exposed parts of the body, especially the skin of the legs, mainly the palms and feet, sometimes the face, chest, and less often the hands. People of all ages get sick, but more often in old and middle age, usually equally in both sexes. The occurrence is 0.58–7%.
