Anti-wrinkle laundry soap

Wrinkles appear on the skin of almost any person over time. However, if in the case of men their education often goes virtually unnoticed, then the representatives of the fair half of humanity often perceive this as a very serious blow to beauty and a real tragedy.

It is quite natural that at the initial stage, when wrinkles are still exposed to external influences, we try to find the most effective ways of such influence. Moreover, among the variety of different methods, there is even the use of the most ordinary soap, sometimes even laundry soap.

There are a lot of discussions about this, and in this article we will try to put everything into perspective.

Can laundry soap be used against wrinkles?

In recent years, many articles have appeared on the Internet claiming that the most common 65% household soap is supposedly capable of smoothing out wrinkles. Immediately after the publication of this information, two camps appeared - supporters and opponents.

The former call laundry soap almost a panacea, even for deep wrinkles, but the latter say that under no circumstances should you wash your face with this product. Who is right? In order to understand this, let's look at the composition of this soap:

fats, or rather saturated fatty acids. Sources of these acids can be both plant and animal. All fats are technical and cannot be used for food. Usually these are beef, pork or lamb fats.

But these raw materials are also often obtained from various marine animals. Vegetable fats are represented by salomas. Margarine is made from edible lard, while technical margarine is used for laundry soap. Finally, synthetic fatty acids can also be found in soap.
Alkali. In laundry soap this component is found in a very large amount of 0.15-0.20 percent.

It is alkali that interests us in the first place, since it dries out the skin greatly. In general, this element is contained not only in laundry soap, but in the latter there is much more of it.

Dry skin does nothing to help get rid of wrinkles - this is completely logical. So it’s better not to take risks and not aggravate the situation.

If you nevertheless decide to wash your face with such soap, or after regular toilet soap you notice dry skin, then lemon juice or fermented milk products applied to your face will help. This will help restore the acid-base balance.

Beneficial effects of the product on the skin

However, when mixed with various components, laundry soap can have a beneficial effect on the skin. First of all, this is a whitening effect, which is again achieved through alkali.

In addition, laundry soap is a powerful antiseptic, and therefore it solves various acne and other skin problems quite quickly. But it’s better not to touch such formations as papillomas.

There are many reviews online about the excellent effects of laundry soap on these skin formations, but it is best to entrust getting rid of them to a highly qualified specialist. The reason is simple - papilloma can degenerate into a malignant formation, so it is better to have a doctor remove it.

The use of tar soap in cosmetology

Along with laundry soap, people are interested in the process of exposure of tar soap to the skin. As the name implies, it contains tar, which makes this soap suitable for use in a variety of ways:

  1. intimate hygiene. Thanks to its composition, this soap provides excellent protection against fungi and viruses.
  2. Washing your hair. Various allergic reactions and other scalp diseases are treated, including by using tar soap.
  3. Psoriasis. Practice has shown that the external manifestations of this disease also successfully disappear when using this method of skin cleansing.
  4. Fighting acne and blackheads. Thanks to its disinfecting properties, soap successfully fights inflammatory processes caused by clogged pores. At the same time, the pores themselves also narrow, which makes the appearance of the same blackheads much less likely.
  5. Parasites. Successfully fights parasites in both adults and children. Due to its safety, tar soap can be used from an early age.

As for the fight against wrinkles, tar soap repeats the fate of its fellows - the alkali in it dries out the skin. So, such soap is not used directly to eliminate wrinkles.

However, at the same time, this product successfully combats the so-called “bulldog cheeks” effect, expressed in excessively sagging skin. Beat the grated soap in water and apply it to the face, neck and décolleté.

As soon as the layer dries, a second one is applied to the bottom of the face. After the second layer has dried, wash off the soap first with warm and then with cool water. The skin gets a tightening effect, but to reduce dryness, you can lubricate it with a moisturizer.

Is lye dangerous?

We've sorted out laundry and tar soap, but what about the other types of this product? It is worth noting that the alkali in the soap will in any case have a negative effect on the skin.

However, in special types of anti-wrinkle soap, this component is contained in minimal doses, but at the same time there is a considerable amount of components beneficial to the skin that have a moisturizing effect, making the skin more elastic and actually having a beneficial effect on wrinkles.

But you need to understand that such products are unlikely to work after 45 years, when the correction of deep wrinkles can be carried out exclusively by cosmetic or surgical methods. Therefore, the use of these funds is relevant for younger people, or even for prevention.

Which is better to use?

  1. Cream and other cosmetics. The purpose of these products is to saturate the skin with moisture. Creams also create a protective layer on the skin that prevents many external influences, which helps not to aggravate the situation.
  2. Collagen injections. The thing is that large collagen molecules cannot be rubbed directly through the skin - they must be delivered inside. And the best way is injection. But at the same time, our body does not accept foreign molecules and tries to get rid of them.

Then what is the meaning of this action? The fact is that when we try to break down foreign collagen, our body begins to produce amino acids, from which our own collagen is already built.

Thus, we kind of start the process of updating the “framework” of our skin. In general, we are talking about so-called fillers, and in addition to collagen, they can be based on hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite, poly-L-lactic acid and polymethyl methacrylate microspheres.
Botox injections. A topic unloved by many, nevertheless it still remains one of the most important ways to get rid of wrinkles. However, here it is necessary not to overdo it, so as not to change the shape of those parts of the face where the injection is given.

It’s very easy to get carried away and turn a wrinkled, but still alive face into a completely unnatural mask, albeit without wrinkles. This procedure should be entrusted exclusively to professionals.
Anti-wrinkle massage. It is mostly used as a preventative, but can also be used to smooth out shallow wrinkles. In combination with creams and other products, of course. There are many massage techniques: pinch, Japanese, chin massage and other types. There is a lot of information about these techniques on the Internet.

Conclusion

Anti-wrinkle products have become much more effective in recent years. We are developing technologies and learning more and more about the processes that occur in our body, including those related to skin aging.

However, one should not exaggerate the successes of cosmetology, and even more so of folk remedies. In addition, improper use of some of them (laundry soap) can cause the situation to worsen. Therefore, you should not blindly believe what you read on the Internet, especially if there is no confirmation from professional cosmetologists.

  1. The first has the highest fatty acid content (seventy-two percent);
  2. In the second, this figure is sixty-nine percent.
  3. In the third - sixty-four.

Laundry soap, due to its antiseptic properties, has been actively used in folk medicine for many decades. This soap is used to wash wounds, lubricate bruises, heal pustules on the skin, and eliminate dandruff. Laundry soap perfectly cleanses the skin and helps destroy dangerous pathogenic microflora.

  1. pimples and acne;
  2. excessive pigmentation;
  3. wrinkles;
  4. irritation.

Hello, dear ladies! Today we are again on the front line. The front line is our beautiful faces. The main enemy is wrinkles. Who doesn’t want to push back their insidious appearance as far as possible? So I also try, I try, but sometimes in search of a wonderful miracle you just come across outright nonsense. Has this ever happened to you?

I accidentally discovered here a magical potion that our grandmothers knew. Which? If you don’t believe me, I didn’t believe it either: I could have guessed anything except that you can use laundry soap on your face for wrinkles.

What they write about him

I am a restless person, so I immediately went online to make sure that such a remedy really existed. And - what a miracle! - indeed, hundreds of sites are exploding with recommendations for the use of laundry soap - and not some “Duru” with the aroma of geranium, but a powerful ancient Soviet brown soap made “from dead dogs” with a killer smell.

Reviews about this soap are very different, and there are quite a lot of positive ones. They treat acne and papillomas, blackheads and age spots, use it for both the body and the hair - in general, there are a lot of recipes, you can open a whole clinic, just stock up on a box of soap - and that's it. Well, let's try to figure out how this miracle potion acts on the “life line” on our charming faces.

How it's made

The first question that inevitably arises in every sane person who has even sniffed this miracle of Soviet and post-Soviet creative thought is: is it even possible to wash anything with it? Even if not the face - at least the hands? Therefore, I decided to learn more about the composition of washing soap. And I found out.

To obtain “grandmother’s” soap, “dead dogs” are actually used - or rather, technical (that is, unsuitable for food) fats of animal origin. And also - as with any soap - alkali is used. Moreover, when making household goods, there’s a lot of it.

This is the basis for the claims that this soap has incredible antiseptic properties, which is why it is useful. That’s why it was used in the last century to treat wounds and burns, as an antifungal agent. But at that time, soap was prepared according to GOST and it was unlikely that they would have allowed the introduction of oil production waste into it, as is done now.

First results

So, laundry soap has its pros and cons, but, in my opinion, there are immeasurably more cons. Alkali irritates and dries out the skin and spoils the hair; fats that have not reacted during production clog the pores. The only advantage is that it has antiseptic properties, but, sorry, there are enough antiseptics in the 21st century.

Important! The pH of laundry soap is 9, and as you know, the skin requires a pH of 5.5, so by using laundry soap, you upset the acid-base balance of the skin.

Supporters of the use of laundry soap as a cosmetic product emphasize its hypoallergenicity. Oh well. Of course, it does not contain flavorings or other pleasant additives, but:

  1. I don’t see a connection between hypoallergenicity and wrinkle treatment.
  2. Personally, I have a normal attitude towards the smell of laundry soap, but I know a lady who gets a runny nose and watery eyes at the same time. Isn't this an allergy?

Any more questions?

Still, in the household (not in cosmetology!) it can be useful, so here is a video on how to choose high-quality soap:

Soap and wrinkles

Well, regarding wrinkles... if you approach the issue from a scientific point of view, then wrinkles from this miracle remedy are more likely to appear. Why? Yes, because “grandmother’s” soap harms us, destroying not only microbes, but also the protective layer of our skin.

In my opinion, washing your face with any soap at all is quite harmful, but household soap in this regard will give a hundred points ahead to anyone else. A huge amount of alkali will dry out the skin, but what does this mean? Right! Dry skin is one of the main causes of wrinkles and folds.

Advice: An acidic mask will help restore the pH of the skin after using soap: with lemon juice, for example, or from fermented milk products.

But what about those people who fill websites with cries that their grandmother washed her face with this soap all her life and didn’t have a single wrinkle? There are several reasons for this:

  1. Most likely, they confuse cause and effect, innately good skin, not prone to wrinkles, and soap, which is very harmful to the skin.
  2. Now soap is made using a completely different technology. The costs of chemical progress, so to speak.
  3. My grandmother grew up in a different ecological environment, but if she had been born in the 21st century, no amount of soap would have helped.

Maybe it will help...

In general, soap will not work as a remedy for wrinkles, rather, on the contrary. So what should we do with him?

  1. So, the first type of application: a product FOR wrinkles, promoting their rapid appearance and strengthening existing ones. Okay, okay, jokes aside.
  2. Second: antiseptic. If you decide to get rid of small pimples, acne, blackheads by eliminating them along with the skin, you won’t find anything better than laundry soap. The cleaning will be serious. However, washing with soap once a week (with the obligatory subsequent application of cream) will not hurt much.
  3. Third: bleaching. Yes, this soap does lighten the skin a little. Like any aggressive agent (alkali). If you want to get rid of age spots, soap will help. But don’t forget: the approach should be comprehensive; you shouldn’t use soap as the only remedy.
  4. Fourth: from papillomas. This is a really proven method: if you smear this terrible mole with soap for several days so that it becomes covered with a film and dries, the mole will disappear. But I still advise you, dear ladies, to address such questions to a surgeon: after all, the worst thing about papillomas is that they can degenerate into oncological tumors, and this is not something to joke about.
  5. Fifth: where I use our super product all the time, and it does it perfectly - I whiten my white panties and socks. This, in my opinion, is the most suitable area of its application.

Conclusion: The new weapon against wrinkles turned out to be a toy; unfortunately, it is dangerous only for the owner of these very wrinkles. So if you have to use brown laundry soap, dear ladies, you better put white latex gloves on your hands, and you will be happy.

Lovely wrinkles

“Every stage of life is beautiful. And I find a certain charm in facial wrinkles. These “correct” wrinkles from smiles, from emotions give our faces life,” Zhanna Friske once said - may she rest in peace!

I, too, am probably ready to find beauty in wrinkles - at least if the only remedy for them is laundry soap.

Fortunately, there are many other ways to both cleanse the skin and fight wrinkles, and you can read many articles about them on my blog, in the general article about homemade masks. And the most useful soap (like, by the way, cosmetics) is home-made. Take a look at your leisure, it’s not at all difficult to do:
