Correction of a nature with prevailing coldness

Such natures are divided into three categories. In relation to persons in whose nature two passive qualities are in a balanced state, measures are used aimed at inducing warmth by consuming food with a hot property, but of average moisture and dryness, warming oils, large medicinal porridges, by emptying the body of various moisture, through sweat baths and suitable forms of exercise.

Although in such patients the moisture in the body was once in a balanced state, but with the subsequent addition of various moistures, coldness began to dwell in them.

As for those whose nature is also dominated by dryness, the same measures are applied to them as for the elderly.
