In the area affected by a hurricane, storm, tornado, the population must follow the following safety rules:
• do not leave cover immediately after weakening
wind blowing;
• stay away from various objects
(slate, tiles, roofing iron, glass), from
electrical wires;
• being outside the shelter, you need to either find
the nearest ravine, ditch, pit, or tight stock
you to the ground.
During the liquidation of the consequences of a hurricane, storm, tornado, the following activities are carried out:
• evacuation of the population and agriculture
some animals from dangerous areas;
• search for victims and recovery of wounded
them from under the rubble, debris of buildings and structures;
• providing first aid to victims and
placing them in medical institutions;
• fire fighting;
• rescuing people in burning and dilapidated buildings;
• elimination of accidents at industrial facilities,
on utility and energy networks
