Fire safety

Heating and other cooking appliances and other circumstances may cause a fire.
Try to prevent fire.
Keep flammable materials and matches out of the reach of children. Never smoke in bed. Never keep gasoline or other flammable liquid in your living area. When leaving the kitchen, check to see if any appliances that could cause a fire are turned off. Keep curtains and clothing away from fireplaces and stoves.
In case of fire:
Prepare an evacuation plan and inform your family;
draw up a plan of all rooms identifying doors, windows, passages;
Make an evacuation plan, mark with arrows two possible directions of evacuation from each room. Pay attention to sleeping areas, since most fires occur at night;
designate a gathering place after evacuating the premises;
* install smoke detectors, if you have them, try to replace their batteries regularly (at least twice a year); Keep a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and know how to use it.
