This product is a storehouse of vitamins and microelements, which is why it is so popular in medicine and cosmetology. The nuts themselves are very rich in microelements beneficial to humans, such as iodine, magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, copper, etc. The oil also contains vitamins A, B, PP, E.

Such a rich composition of the oil is of great value in facial care. Unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic, oleic) and saturated (peanut, palmitic) heal the skin and promote its restoration. In addition, these acids smooth out fine wrinkles, evening out the tone of the face and eliminating other skin problems.

A facial massage using peanut oil will rejuvenate it, since this product contains a very important component for the beauty and health of the skin - vitamin E. The massage technique will more effectively deliver this component to every cell of the skin, renewing it more quickly.

In most cases, the oil is recommended for use by people with dry, dehydrated, aged skin. This special purpose is due to the fact that the main property of this oil is to smooth, even out, nourish, soften and moisturize the skin.

Peanut oil is widely used in folk and traditional medicine due to its beneficial properties that have a beneficial effect on the immune, cardiovascular, and nervous systems. This product can be used to prevent blood diseases, cholelithiasis and gallbladder diseases.

Revitalizing facial massage

To achieve maximum effect, we will prepare a suitable massage mixture designed for a specific face type.

  1. For oily skin – 30 ml. peanut oil, 3 drops bergamot, 3 drops grapefruit essential oil.
  2. For dry skin – 20-30 ml. fatty base, 3 drops of santal, 2 drops of rose essential oil.

Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly. Apply a few drops to your fingers and gently rub strictly along the massage lines. Before performing a massage, you should thoroughly cleanse your facial skin. We perform the massage in the following sequence:

  1. We begin to work on the forehead area: with soft circular movements we massage the forehead from the center to the temples, then from temple to temple.
  2. We move on to the area of the nose and cheeks: we move gently from the bridge of the nose to the tip of the nose and back. Place your fingers at the corners of your mouth. We begin to move smoothly in a circular manner to the earlobes and back.
  3. We work on the area of the chin and lips. To do this, use your index and middle fingers to smoothly massage the chin area, moving from the center to the corners of the mouth and back.
  4. Let's move on to the most sensitive area of the face - the area around the eyes. The skin in this area is the most delicate and sensitive. This is why the first facial wrinkles appear here. Massage in the area around the eyes is carried out very delicately and carefully. Using your fingertips, tap very gently from the outer corner to the inner corner. We perform smooth sliding movements along the same trajectory.

This massage technique helps smooth out wrinkles, improves complexion and rejuvenates it.
