Melting the Five Elements (Part 3)

You already know how to create mental images of four “baguas” (or “stars”), as well as cook a “pearl” in a “cauldron”. This week you will learn about two more baguas that complete the process of “melting the five elements.”

The final pair of "bagua" or "stars" are formed above the cauldron and below the cauldron. The upper symbol is located at the level of the solar plexus, and the lower one is in the “sperm palace” (ovaries), just above the genitals. These “baguas”, unlike the Front, Back and two lateral ones, are not vertical, but horizontal.

The process is similar to that described in the first and second parts of “smelting the five elements.” After creating the front and back “bagua” and draining the spiral energy into the “cauldron”, you should repeat the same sequence of actions in relation to the lower and upper “bagua”.
Once the process is complete, you will feel that enhancing the alchemical formula with two elements has greatly increased the effectiveness of the “smelting.” Falling from above and rising from below, the energy seems to “lock” the “cauldron”. It seems that it is becoming airtight. However, this is difficult to explain in words. Try it yourself and you'll see what I mean.

So, energy will flow in a spiral into the “cauldron” in six directions: front, back, left, right, top and bottom. After adding the upper and lower bagua, you will immediately feel the “cauldron” heating up. This moment is considered favorable for creating a “pearl”.
At times you will feel as if the energy is radiating a bright golden or pure white color. Even if this radiance is not accessible to your inner vision, you will feel how the energy is concentrated in the “cauldron”. But do not think that in the first case the result will be more obvious than in the second.

Melting the Five Elements (Part 3)

The grown “pearl” is launched into a “microcosmic orbit”. At the end of the exercise, do not forget to accumulate energy.
1. Repeat 15 points of the exercise completed last week. Create the front and back characters by repeating the same with the left and right. Drain spiral energy into the cauldron.
2. Create a “bagua” (or “star in a circle”) at the solar plexus level. The symbols are arranged horizontally and appear before your mind's eye in a flattened form.
3. Imagine or feel how the tai chi sign begins to rotate in the center of the bagua (the direction of rotation does not matter).
4. Create a second bagua at the level of the sperm palace (ovaries), above the genitals.
5. Imagine or feel how the tai chi sign begins to rotate in the center of the bagua (the direction of rotation does not matter).
6. Simultaneously imagine the rotating Tai Chi symbols in the upper and lower bagua. Spiral energy, as if through a funnel, flows into the “cauldron” from both sides.
7. To create a “pearl”, concentrate the spiral energy in the “cauldron”. Watch, feel how it thickens and begins to shine. See how the radiance increases in strength as the energy condenses and a shining “pearl” appears.
8. Launch the “pearl” into the “microcosmic orbit”. Let it make several turns. While helping the orbital flight of the “pearl”, “rotate” your eyes as if you could turn them 360°.
9. Return the “pearl” to the “cauldron” from the min-men point and accumulate energy.

So, having created six energy collectors, you have completed the first phase of "smelting the five elements." In the following lessons you will learn to harmonize energy using “bagua” and direct energy flows from different parts of the body into the “cauldron”. This will have a beneficial effect on the energy of the whole body. This is precisely the goal that the art of internal alchemy sets for itself.
