You can, of course, go straight to work, but it’s not comfortable: you want peace in your facial expressions, your face asks for it. I had the opportunity to be at home. I tried to talk less and not smile.

By the way, a positive side effect was a lack of appetite due to unpleasant sensations when chewing. Chewing for a long time was simply painful. I lost a kilogram in a week.

What other real restrictions:

1. You can’t bend over, you can’t take a hot shower for two days, and you won’t feel the same, drink hot water, or warm up naturally (this is an axiom for any exposure).

I also changed my skincare regime. Before the procedure, I used Yves Rocher creams (a line of aging skin). The doctor recommended masks with hyaluronic acid and creams with peptides. I've been using it for a week now.

Background

Now about the result. First, I want to say that I have experience in all sorts of procedures. I started doing something to my face at the age of 36. Until this age, there were only facial cleansing, liquid nitrogen and once yellow peeling.

Fillers helped correct the lack of volume. But, about a year ago, I began to think that all this was passing so quickly: six months to a year and again the lips and cheeks were deflated, paws appeared.

A few words about plastic

And I began to collect information on plastic surgery. I have read both praises of surgery and horrors. I decided what I would do! Result for 10-15 years. The side effects will pass, the main thing is to believe. Besides, I look like a dog...

I went for a consultation at the same clinic where I did all my cosmetology, only in the plastic surgery department. To a surgeon with a reputation and regalia. Based on the results of the inspection, a four-part plan was drawn up:

10 days have passed since the introduction.

The right cosmetologist, and in my understanding this can only be a dermocosmetologist, always knows which procedure in a particular case will give results and which will not.

I'll still go for plastic surgery. But now later than planned. I will be looking for a surgeon for a long time, with high quality.
