Lupus

A difficult-to-treat disease that occurs almost throughout life. You can make sure that it simply does not wake up. The manifestation depends on the state of the immune system and its reaction to various negative factors.

If you look at the root of the problem, it turns out that you need, first of all, to restore immunity and maintain it at a high level. Please note that lupus is a rapidly developing disease and there is no time to waste.

Why does the disease occur? This is a genetic anomaly that leads to disruptions in the autoimmune system, redness, irritation and superficial inflammatory processes in tissues, and less commonly, in organs.

An interesting fact is that, for the most part, this is a female disease, since for every ten sick women there is only one man. The average age of patients is 20–30 years. Of course, a tendency toward lupus caused by disrupted genes alone is not enough. Progress usually begins due to viruses that have entered the body and harm the immune system. Some medical centers suggest that the culprit is a disruption in the production of sex hormones. But this is just a theory.

Symptoms

  1. The inflammatory process affects the joints.
  2. Fever may occur.
  3. Superficial rash.
  4. General weakness.
  5. Rapid and uncontrolled burning of fat tissue.
  6. Muscle soreness.
  7. Arthritis is very common.
  8. Hair thins less often.
  9. Nails become very weak.
  10. The skin peels and becomes very dry.

The most noticeable are inflamed lesions on the skin, sometimes manifesting as a rash. Pinkish or red spots appear on the upper body (face, chest, neck). The body may react with redness to the light of the sun.

Danger of disease

If treatment of the disease is not started in time, vital organs may be affected, or rather their integuments (almost not affected in depth). In the final stages, the central nervous system is damaged. For everyone, depending on the strength of the body and the state of the immune system, the disease progresses at different speeds and severity of symptoms. The last stage usually occurs after two to five years. With a strong body, the disease can wait and develop for up to ten years.

Unfortunately, lupus cannot be treated with folk remedies. In addition to medications, you can eat healthy natural food, harden up, do simple physical exercises every morning. You should definitely give up bad habits. An experienced doctor insists on treating the disease immediately after identifying it in the body. A good effect comes from visiting recreation centers near the sea, where the air is rich in iodine. This affects the immune system through the thyroid gland.
