Hair care

You don't often see someone with thick, healthy hair. There are many reasons for this, one of them is improper hair care. Using only those products offered by domestic and foreign industry, it is difficult to maintain the health and beauty of hair. Try to nourish your hair at least once a month. It won't take much of your time. Use natural detergents, dyes and essential oils, and rinse your hair with herbal infusion.

Not a single, even the most expensive, shampoo can compare with the products that our great-grandmothers used to wash their hair. Instead of shampoo, you can use egg yolk (1 yolk per 100 g of warm water), mustard powder diluted with water (1 tsp per 2 cups of water), rye bread, low-fat curdled milk (after which you need to rinse your hair with mustard). The therapeutic effect will be enhanced if the natural cleanser is massaged into the scalp and left for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to add any sour juice (preferably lemon) or natural apple cider vinegar to the rinse water at the rate of (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of warm water). If you prefer to use traditional products, add some essential oils to them at the rate of 3-4 drops per 5 g of base (shampoo, conditioner).

Rinse aid. Combine 10-15 drops of essential oil with 5 ml of lemon juice or 10 ml of apple cider vinegar and dilute in 1 liter of water.

Nourishing hairspray. Dissolve honey in lemon juice (1 tbsp lemon juice per 1/4 tsp honey), you can use jojoba oil with 2-3 drops of essential oil. Apply the resulting mixture to damp hair, comb and give it the desired shape.

Hair fixer. Well retains the shape of the curl and at the same time nourishes the hair. Flaxseed decoction: 2 tsp. flaxseed, pour 1 glass of water, boil for 1 minute, leave for 3 hours, add essential oil. The resulting mixture is moistened with hair and curled into curlers.

For hair loss mix 20 drops of lavender oil, 5 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of thyme oil, 10 drops of calendula oil, 50 ml of ethyl alcohol. Wet your fingertips with the resulting mixture, diluted 1:1 with water, and massage your scalp.

For your information:

  1. Remember that hair should be washed as it becomes dirty with warm, not hot water. With frequent washing, they become dull and brittle, and the scalp becomes excessively dry.
    1. About 40 hairs fall out every day.
      1. Using hair dye other than natural dyes (henna, basma, chamomile, walnut, etc.) retards hair growth.
        1. Dry hair with daily use of detergents becomes dull, brittle, and dry dandruff appears. Frequently washing oily hair activates the sebaceous glands and leads to the appearance of oily dandruff. In both cases, hair masks made from whole sour milk with the addition of essential oils corresponding to the disease are effective. Wash off the sour milk with warm water and mustard powder (1 teaspoon of powder per 2 cups of water) or shampoo.
