Alusis is a fistula

Some argue that the inhabitants of Tabaristan call alusis - palahim. This plant is similar to nettle in all respects, but its leaves are smoother than nettle leaves.

If you rub its leaves, they give off a very foul odor. Its flowers are thin, the fruits are small and purple. It is said to grow in saline lands, along roads and in ruins.

Its power dissolves hardenings.

Ulcers.
It helps against malignant ulcers and gangrene.

Tumors.
In the form of a warm medicated dressing twice a day, it helps against cancerous tumors, mumps and other tumors.
