Satin, cream, matte finish: what are the differences?

Unlike pearlescent ones, satin eyeshadows do not shine as brightly, but give the effect of a soft shine. The same applies to the texture of beauty products with a satin effect: they are not as dry as matte ones, but they also do not moisturize as well as cream ones.
