Elastic facial skin reviews

Why do you need luxury glycerin creams? they won't help. Pharmacy cosmetics for sensitive skin, just not crap like Vichy and other things, drink collagen and take good vitamins.

Some kind of caramel mixture. Doesn't Claran dry out your skin? Oil?

Go to the bathhouse. The skin really looks younger after it! Of course, if there are no health contraindications. The skin is cleansed better than a cosmetologist. There in the bathhouse we do peeling + masks from honey and clay. Regular humidification at home. I also advise you to master facial massage using cosmetic oils, or you can go to a professional for a massage. And you will be happy!

well, luxury ones, especially loccitane, which you can’t spell correctly, like Claran razvodka

1) food nuts, fish, vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains This is food for the skin
2) to even out your tone, try peelings from a good cosmetologist.
3) use ubtan for washing (a mixture that you can prepare with your own hands based on herbs)
4) and of course, biorevitalization once every six months in courses gives amazing results.
5 try not luxury cosmetics, but for example filorga (French pharmacy cosmetics) that really works.

Yes, at 32, the skin is usually even and smooth if it is that way by nature. Changes begin closer to 40. And what age cream? It's not age at all.

Girls - dream, dream and more dream! Even smear yourself with this “natural” cosmetics from jars with the periodic table, it won’t help.
Nutrition and sleep. Well, fresh air.
After 50 years - surgery and injections.

Use self-tanner on your face, it will make your skin color even. And don’t be afraid of foundations, choose a rich one to nourish your skin. Also, foundations protect the skin from the external environment.

Change your foundation to a luxury BB cream, preferably Korean. Do facial exercises. Read about Asahi massage, it will come in handy by the age of 35. Wipe your face with ice, just be careful, it’s better to look at the reviews. Or a contrast shower for the face. Read about microcurrents, you can also buy a device for home use. Buy a cream with relaxants - a replacement for Botox.

I drink a lot of omega three and all sorts of vitamins (I bring them from Europe, though. I have money). I make a lot of masks - first comes the cleansing, therefore moisturizing. This is what helps me look 33 by 25

My secrets. From November to January I change my skin using retinoic home peels. I make a mask from badyaga powder, then for three weeks, 2 times a day, I apply 0.1% retinoic ointment, it peels off, and at the same time I apply any moisturizer with a UV factor of at least 30. Then a month break and again badyaga plus retinoic ointment (the same scheme). Peeling, of course, does not look very aesthetically pleasing, but the refreshing effect is very strong. I don’t sunbathe on purpose at sea. I wear a protective T-shirt (I also force my children to carry mine, my husband agrees only to UFZ 50 cream), and UFZ 50 cream for the rest of the body. I use moisturizing creams from simple pharmacy ones to super expensive ones, but I saw real differences only from the American ONSEN (Tenseless Cream) . On the forum where I read it, “proven” forum members called this cream Azazello cream. I recommend it. Relaxes facial expressions, in the morning the face is very rested. This is the only cream that justified its price. My husband also brought expensive creams from Japan, but I didn’t see anything special in them.

I also force myself to drink at least a liter of mineral or plain water. Sometimes I forget to control my water intake and I beat myself up because, unfortunately, I don’t drink enough fluids, especially water. Sometimes I drink handfuls of brewer's yeast and Omega. I dream of going to a sanatorium for therapeutic fasting. I saw a 42-year-old girl before and after, no salon procedures were nearby. Another main piece of advice that preserves youth: have bright thoughts, don’t think or do harm to anyone, selflessly do good deeds. This charges and is reflected on the face. Grumpy and envious people age faster and get ugly, sour faces and gloomy wrinkles. Health and youth to everyone!

Oh, I didn’t write the most important secret. To prevent drooping of the cheeks and even to raise the sagging oval of the face, you need to do one simple, but deadly effective exercise. Every day or when you remember (like me) do it with your lips many, many times until your muscles hurt I-U-I-U. Wide and rolling. The muscles strengthen, become denser and shorter, the skin behind the muscle tightens and you get a clear oval face. This is the secret of Soviet women interested in eternal youth. Once upon a time, a young grandmother beyond her years told it to me. The man was about 70, and she looked 50. But, of course, there was always a healthy lifestyle, and homemade creams with sea buckthorn and pharmacy oil vitamins. But even with a normal average lifestyle, this exercise works like the most expensive salon treatment (after 2 weeks). By the way, at 30 I decided to become a salon girl (the products allow me), but I didn’t find any fundamental differences from my homemade masks and peelings, and my skin is moisturized and fresh, but I achieve this at home. The only procedure that I do outside the home is taking thermal baths at the SPA center and underwater jet massage. For those who cannot afford to pay for these procedures, I can advise you to simply do a spa in your bathroom. I use 2 packs of sea salt per bath. The skin is well tightened and moisturized.

A double chin in thin people is an incorrect bite, the lower jaw is underdeveloped.

girls, don’t laugh, but many people believe in the miraculous properties of creams. I will tell you that apart from healthy long sleep, good food and healthy hormonal levels, nothing will help. Well, maybe plastic surgery and injections. I’m expecting a baby now, I haven’t stopped wearing makeup, but I started sleeping more and haven’t eaten meat for 4 months (I’m sick of it). I probably haven’t had such good skin since birth, and I almost never use creams, except maybe after a shower with a domestic cream. Now, because of the baby’s movements, she has trouble sleeping, she has started eating meat, and her skin is becoming normal. I came to a conclusion for myself - I need to sleep more and eat more vegetables and fruits!

Achieving smooth and elastic skin is very simple. You must use masks made from special healing clay. It’s better if it’s Moroccan clay, it’s the coolest. Even Hollywood stars use it, you can Google it) I use it too, the effect is killer. The last time I ordered on the website moroccan-clay.ru Very polite support service, they explained everything, they told me, well done in one word.

I'm 34, I haven't used foundation for a year now. Once a week - two solariums (7 minutes), every evening at night panthenol cream, the skin is just perfect. Once every 4 months Botox 20 units. Previously, everything was full of pimples and blemishes, but now I couldn’t be happier.

oh, well, of course I have a vegetarian friend whose old skin is saggy, and his girlfriend eats meat and her skin is much fresher (they are 50)

posts 65 and 66 are efficient. but you can't fool genetics. My mother is Asian. her face is young. because the oval of the face is like that. no sagging cheeks. although she is 50. The first wrinkles appeared after 42. she laughs a lot. and she never envy anyone. always positive. that's all good

Author, if you are afraid of injections, don’t go into the forest. At 50, will you also want smooth skin without injections? By the way, all the creams are a dead poultice, money down the drain. Regular moisturizer and biorevitalization.

I agree, there is no way without injections. Everything else is from a series of advice from grandmother Agafya. Only injections will give a truly good effect, at this age you definitely need to inject, then they will no longer have such an effect. As for allergies, you can do tests and select medications. There are different types of anesthesia and the procedures themselves are not so painful.

Thanks a lot! Can tests be done by a cosmetologist too?

Tell me, please, how do you make a mask from bodyaga? Thank you!

My simple secrets: a good night cream (I love shiseido), in the morning just foundation (also shiseido, I also like Estee Lauder) (in Soviet times I read that foundation is like a good coat for the skin, just use it). Nutrition - protein (pollock - elementary), hormonal levels - femoston 1/10 for a year now. Yoga is wonderful for facial skin, also Lama Vostokov’s advice about aloe 2 cm 20 minutes before meals: recipe on the Internet (effective.). I'm too lazy to make masks.
And one more thing: the cosmetologist is my student (she secretly said that basically everything is pumping out money, except for Botox.)
Somehow like this. I like myself.

I do bioviritalization twice every six months. Botox done on forehead. Pumping out money is your Alya miracle creams. And injection procedures are very effective

Yes, two more liters of water a day. And I don't drink or smoke

I would not classify the use of badyagi as Grandma Agafya’s terry recipes))) Thousands of micro-needles of the crushed sponge penetrate into the skin, thereby causing irritation and even mild inflammation, hence blood circulation increases and everything that is rubbed into the skin during this period reaches the deep layers of the skin by transfer through small capillaries. For example, a mesoscooter works on the principle of irritation.

For those who wholeheartedly believe in Botox and hyaluronic acid. Botox, of course, helps to relax unnecessary muscle tension and its action and rationality seem to be logical, but idle muscles dry out over time, remember, for example, the legs of paralyzed people. If a muscle does not work, the body reduces it as an unnecessary, unclaimed part of the body. The muscles need to be trained and kept in good shape, it is to them that the skin is “sewn” and the firmness of your face depends on how elastic your muscle frame is. And muscle hypertonicity can be relieved with massages and facial gymnastics, although Botox is reasonable at the initial stage. As for hyaluronic acid, it is simply tissue swelling that pushes out creases and prevents them from sinking; it does not provide any help in enhancing skin regeneration. I also wanted to try injections, but my dermatologist said that at 35 it is too early, because it is only for those who are already difficult to help due to the late stage of fading skin regeneration, i.e.***** after 40-45 years .

There is a lot of controversy among cosmetologists themselves about Botox. So, some believe that if you inject under the eyes for a long time, drooping tissue occurs. Others deny such influence. There is no danger at all for the forehead and other areas. I adhere to the second point of view. I inject Botox between my eyebrows to relax the muscles, I really like the effect.

Injections inject into already formed wrinkles, why bring it to this point?

So, first you grew a wrinkle between your eyebrows, and then you pin it back? I should have taken better care of my face, I’m soon 35 and my forehead is absolutely smooth and without injections, of course if there are wrinkles, then I’ll pin it down, but girls are over 25! They've been pricking for years.

I wish I could post a photo of those who practice what in terms of care. Supporters of mud and injections. We could see everything ourselves. Which is more effective?

How to inject yourself so much that it would not be visible. Otherwise, all my friends walk around looking shiny and puffy. At the same time, they assure that they ask for your passport everywhere.

Over time, any injections cause atrophy of nerve endings and capillary endings. Also, the skin in places of constant injections stretches. There are many side effects over time. One friend of mine injected me with Botox between the eyebrows, maybe 20 times since she was 30. Well, once I woke up in the morning after another injection and my eyebrow was swollen and my eye couldn’t see well. The same cosmetologist injected in the same place. Apparently it hit a capillary and carried the blood down. An acquaintance has been going to doctors for six months; her eyebrow has smoothed out a little and they say it will go away over time, but her vision has decreased (so what? No one is immune from this.

I'm 33 years old. When it comes to skincare, I only use luxury creams. I eat healthy and recently gave up alcohol. With foundation, my skin looks good, but without it there are a lot of red spots, there is dryness, in general it looks far from ideal. How to achieve smooth, elastic, even skin? Only without injections, I’m very afraid of them, I have a lot of allergies, I’m afraid of a reaction. Please advise?

Who knows what you need ;)
Only a cosmetologist can say this.
In Moscow, go to Sirius, for example.
Cream is nonsense.

Which luxury ones?

Stop using foundation, leave only moisturizing and nourishing creams in your care. Make masks, as far as I understand, everything is fine with money - go to the cosmetologist more often

Biotherm night cream for aging skin, Immortel Laxetan day cream, Clarence facial oil and Sisley tonic for dry skin.

But all of these, IMHO, are absolute fragrant petroleum jelly, smelling pleasant, but not giving any effect.

There must be constant hydration... And in the morning, and at night, and on weekends at home. Don't be lazy. As for cosmetologists, for the most part they are useless. They can help you find care, but you shouldn’t trust them too much and don’t shell out money. An acquaintance who is younger than me, her cosmetologist tells her that she looks 5-7 years younger. Nothing like this. Looks his age. Thin, but with a double chin.

I look much worse without foundation ((((I work, I study, I can’t appear like this.

Peelings, decide with a cosmetologist. Hardware mesotherapy.

A double chin in thin people is an incorrect bite, the lower jaw is underdeveloped.

It seems so to you. You are simply not used to yourself without foundation and you think that people will evaluate you inadequately, in fact this is not so - everyone is deep purple. and even if someone says something to you, then they will get used to you and stop saying such things. Is skin health more important to you than the opinions of others?

A cosmetologist is needed to select hardware care or thread injections;) This will have an effect. And jars - hardly.

Your creams, etc., are clearly not suitable for you if your skin has such a reaction. They definitely need to be replaced. It’s difficult to say which specific brand or product is right for you. I did this for myself: I went into oblivion with an empty jar of cream. I asked the consultant to give me some cream from the tester jar. They let you try it on your skin, and then put it in a jar to use on clean skin at home. So I selected it by trial and error. A cosmetologist, etc., if you have enough money. But daily care is still the basis of everything, and that’s where you need to start. And concentrate specifically on moisturizing and nourishing creams, and not on lifting, anti-aging, etc. You are not that age yet, and such creams often contain very allergic components. And hydration and nutrition are the main needs of the skin

I have a deep wrinkle on the side of my lip, especially on the right. The rest of the face is smooth, with rosacea, but this is due to the close distribution of capillaries. What do you recommend for wrinkles? I went to a cosmetologist. So she gave injections in the nasolabial area.

Author, how many “luxury” creams do you have? Or maybe I don’t understand something, but it seems like you can’t use different creams, you need to choose one that’s right for you, and stick to it. Otherwise, experiments with creams will turn any good skin into bad.

Firm skin at 35 is either genetics or regular visits to a cosmetologist starting at age 20. I mean cleaning, peeling, etc. - something that constantly renews the skin.

ebani =bani))) funny typo))) I’m writing from my phone.

At 20 I had gray skin with acne and terribly greasy, it was already shiny, ugh

Have you read the composition of luxury creams at least once? - 99% the same as Nivea and other cheap products. If you already spend money on creams, then they are of a medical level, in which at least something penetrates beyond the dead layer of skin. And all your luxury ointments remain in the wilds of dead cells.

Good day, beauties!
With the approach of spring, the problem of skin dehydration becomes especially urgent - dried out not only by possible improper care, but also by frosty and windy weather, central heating, heating devices and other “winter” factors. I recently had my skin diagnosed to determine its type, moisture content and sun sensitivity; the skin turned out to be dehydrated (as I thought). Therefore, it was decided to change the care a little.

I offer you what I thought of on the topic; I will be glad to see your comments and experiences!

uprugaya-kozha-lica-otzyvy-JYMtdL.webp

The skin is dehydrated if it...

- lost elasticity;
- looks unhealthy and dull (if you have normal or dry skin);
— excess shine appears (if you have oily skin, because excess production of sebaceous gland secretion is often caused by moisture deficiency);
- peels off;
- became rough;
- has finely defined wrinkles (at the level of the nasolabial folds, on the bridge of the nose, at the temples, at eye level and under the eyes).
Modern diagnostic methods also make it possible to determine skin dehydration, so if you are not sure, consult a specialist.

Identifying, minimizing (or completely eliminating) “irritating” factors that lead to dehydration is already half the success.

What factors lead to skin dehydration?

Environment, lifestyle, health: prolonged exposure to frost or in rooms with very dry air; sleep disturbance; stress; smoking, alcohol; avitaminosis; age-related skin changes.
Cosmetics: washing with hard tap water; cleansing with aggressive agents (soap, for example); excessive use of scrubs/peelings/other exfoliants; using cosmetics with a high alcohol content (tonics, for example); excessive tanning (in the sun or in a solarium); using “drying” products on the entire face, and not locally on inflammation; use of low-quality foundations/creams/powders.

Now that we know our enemies by sight and try to prevent them from appearing in our lives and on our bathroom shelves, let’s proceed directly to care.

Care for dehydrated skin

Cleansing
We refuse aggressive cleansers and replace them with softer ones that do not contain alkali, for example. Some sources recommend giving up water and cleansing the skin with milk and tonic, but for me this is not an option
Toning
An essential part of care that many people neglect. Firstly, the toner removes the remnants of the “detergent”, secondly, it “cleanses” the skin of impurities, thirdly, it soothes it and restores the hydrolipid balance. We choose a tonic without alcohol, which, in addition to the previous two, can have a moisturizing or balancing function. I also came across the option of replacing the tonic with thermal water, but this is not for everyone.
Further care
It is very important to apply a moisturizer (cream, emulsion, serum). It should be selected based on skin type, but make sure that it contains vitamins C, E and B, calcium and magnesium (which help restore and retain moisture in the skin), as well as glycerin and hyaluronic acid, which are able to “pull” moisture from the outside and create a protective film on the face that prevents moisture loss.
In the cool season It is important to apply moisturizer 40-60 minutes before going outside.
Products high in hyaluronic acid It is recommended to apply it at night.
In the evening The cream can be applied as a thicker mask, and after 15 minutes blot off the excess with a napkin. The skin will not take more than it needs.
Regarding the controversial issue - glycerin. Many are now against him, because... in the absence of moisture in the external environment, it pulls it out from the deep layers of the skin. This can be easily avoided if you spray your face after applying the cream with thermal (possibly mineral) water or hydrolyte (floral water).
If your skin needs a special treatment that you use in the morning, and it does not contain moisturizing ingredients, you can apply a moisturizing serum before applying your cream.
Additional care
Moisturizing, soothing masks and moisturizing serums that restore the skin's hydrolipid mantle. Available both in the mass market and among pharmacy and professional brands. It is recommended to use them in courses to normalize the condition of the skin.

Before any procedures, consult with a specialist who will more accurately determine the needs of your skin and the products you need.

Now I use Avene - a soft cleansing gel without soap "Cleanans", thermal water, a moisturizing soothing cream "Clean-AK" for oily dehydrated skin, a soft exfoliating gel scrub + a moisturizing soothing mask and Triacneal locally for inflammation.
I'm looking at La Roche-Posay - cleansing and toning with the Physio range + gommage from this range, day cream Hydraphase UV Intense Legere, night cream - Efaclar K + moisturizing mask in a sachet and thermal water.

How do you take care of dehydrated skin in spring? What products do you use? What system?

Thank you for your attention; I will be glad to see your comments, advice and suggestions
