Aerocoagulator

An Aerocoagulator or Aerotank is a device used to treat wastewater through the process of coagulation and flocculation. Coagulation is the process by which particles in water combine with each other to form larger aggregates that are easier to remove from the water. Flocculation is the process of forming flocs of small particles that are easily removed from water.

An aerocoagulator is a large container filled with air. In this tank, wastewater is purified from contaminants. The air in the aerocoagulator creates turbulence, which promotes coagulation and flocculation of contaminants. Then the purified water is removed from the aerocoagulator and sent for further processing or use.

The advantages of the aerocoagulator include high cleaning efficiency, low operating cost and ease of maintenance. However, for the aerocoagulator to operate effectively, it is necessary to ensure sufficient air speed inside the container and the correct concentration of contaminants in the water.

Overall, an aerocoagulator is an effective and cost-effective wastewater treatment method that can be used for a variety of purposes, including the treatment of industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater and domestic wastewater.
