True aphonia (synonym _aphemia_) is a disorder of the higher centers of sound production; anspheraphonia (A. verussis).

Unlike true aphonia, which, when changing the name of a body posture, is caused by noise that does not carry any sound-forming information, with LPA phalophone the sound is sufficient
