**Acarodermatitis** is a skin disease caused by parasitic skin mites. They are in constant close contact with the skin. Ticks feed on tissues and decay products, releasing biologically active substances. At the same time, tick waste products contribute to the activation of local tissue defense mechanisms. The rapidity of transition of a mechanical effect on the human skin (contact with the skin, tick bites) into an infectious process with an inferior immune status causes diseases of the allergic type.
