Amenorrhea Lactational

Lactational amenorrhea can also be called physiological amenorrhea, lactational amenorrhea or postpartum female body syndrome. Unlike standard amenorrhea, caused by hormonal imbalances in the body, this condition is characterized by the absence of menstruation in women during breastfeeding. It is worth noting that the process of suppressing menstrual cycles as a result of breastfeeding promotes a deeper immune response in the breast and helps reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Amenorrhea, also known as absence of menstruation, is a condition where a woman does not ovulate and therefore does not become pregnant. There is loss of menstruation, lack of sexual activity and menstrual bleeding.

Insufficient nutrition of women during pregnancy and lactation can lead to amenorrhea. In addition, nutritional deficiencies in the mother's diet may contribute to menstrual irregularities.
