Amyloidosis Focal

Amyloidosis is a disease characterized by the deposition of an abnormal protein called amyloid in tissues and organs. As a result of this change, organs cease to perform their functions, which can lead to serious consequences for human health.

Amyloidosis can be focal or systemic. The focal form is determined by local damage to one or more organs. The systemic form, in turn, spreads to several organs simultaneously.
