Angiospasm

Angiospasm is a spasm of blood vessels, leading to poor circulation.

The causes of vasospasm can be different - from hypothermia to stress and nervous strain. Vascular spasm leads to their narrowing, decreased blood flow to tissues, and hypoxia. This is manifested by pain, numbness, and coldness of the extremities.

To treat vasospasm, vasodilators and antispasmodics are used, as well as methods that improve blood circulation - massage, physiotherapy. It is important to eliminate the cause of the spasm - cold, stress, diseases of the nervous system. Prevention of vasospasms includes hardening, a healthy lifestyle, and normalization of the neuropsychic state.
