The most interesting thing is that there was no irritation or burns left on the body afterwards. There was some slight redness, but it went away within an hour.

The second time I did everything according to the rules, it baked for just as long, but I managed to avoid the napalm side effects in the bath)) Three weeks of use twice a week, and I noticed the effect.

Belarusian cream with pepper, which will give odds to many more expensive analogues. As soon as I tried it, I never switched to any other, it should be noted that I was looking for the ideal massage product for a very long time.

I use it either before sports or after a shower.

I apply cream to the body (arms, hips, abdomen), massage the skin well with my fingers or with a wooden anti-cellulite massager. The whole point is to warm up the skin. (where blood regularly circulates under the skin, there will be no cellulite)

If I apply the cream before running or exercising, I simply apply and lightly “pinch” the skin with my fingers until it turns red. Believe me, you will feel intense heat and tingling during exercise. I can’t say that I saw any effect. Yes, the skin is clean and smooth. But that's where it all ends.
