Composition - Antithymocyte immunoglobulin.

Indications for use: Kidney transplantation, prevention of graft rejection during skin grafting. Aplastic anemia in the absence of indications for bone marrow transplantation.

Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation, childhood.

Side effects - Allergic reactions, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, granulocytopenia, anemia, pancytopenia, enlarged or ruptured spleen, arterial hypertension, heart failure, pulmonary edema, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation of the stomach or intestines, ulceration of the oral mucosa , pain in the abdomen and epigastric region, headache, weakness, convulsions, confusion, loss of coordination, dizziness, fainting, paresthesia, swelling at the infusion site, thrombophlebitis, nosebleeds.
