Apathetic feeble-mindedness

Dementia, or as it is also called “the disease of emotional dullness,” refers to a type of asthenic syndrome. Dementia is a delay in a child's mental development or partial loss of the ability to think caused by brain injury, infection or other causes. In the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), apathy refers specifically to it and is called: “A86. Other organic emotionally labile [asthenic] mental disorders.”
