HABITUS APOPLECTACIS: A DISEASE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH

Habitus Apoplecticus is a condition that may be associated with cerebrovascular disease and is a sign of predisposition to hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. It is characterized by short stature, a stocky figure and a short neck with a reddish-purple skin color on the face and neck. This condition is not always caused by medical reasons, however, it can serve as a signal of health problems.
