Composition: Active ingredient - atropine.
Indications for use: Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, pylorospasm, cholelithiasis, spasms of the intestines and urinary tract, bradyarrhythmias, for preoperative sedation, poisoning with phosphorus poisoning, during X-ray studies of the gastrointestinal tract, bronchial asthma, bronchitis with hyperproduction of mucus, fundus examination, for creating functional rest in inflammatory diseases and eye injuries.
Contraindications: Glaucoma, ulcerative colitis, hiatal hernia, obstructive bowel and urinary tract diseases, paralytic ileus, toxic megacolon.
Side effects: Headache, dizziness, loss of touch, xerostomia, mydriasis, paralysis of accommodation, tachycardia, intestinal and bladder atony.
Interaction: Weakens the effect of m-cholinomimetics and anticholinesterase drugs.
