Beta - Adrenergic receptors
Beta-adrenergic receptors are receptors that are responsible for regulating blood pressure, heart rate and other important body functions. They play an important role in the functioning of the cardiovascular system and regulation of blood glucose levels. In humans, there are three types of beta-adrenergic receptors: β1, β2 and β3.
Function and actions Beta1
Blocks almost all the effects of β-agonists. In proarrhythmogenic doses, it blocks type I MA channels, so that adrenoreactions conduplicated through β1 are activated through them (the pathological “β1 state” with tachybradycardia can lead to ACS) Reduces myocardial contractility
