Delirium Sensitive Masturbants

Delusion of sensitive masturbators (BDSM) is a type of sensitive delusional relationship based on the idea that the patient’s masturbation is known to others and causes them to hint and complain. Refers to section F65 in the ICD-10 classification and belongs to the group of associative syndromes



Sensitive delusion (delusional sensual) of a masturbant is one of the types of sensitive delusions, which is based on the belief that masturbation is a well-known and discussed topic for others. This disorder is associated with the obsession that sexual activities or fantasies are public topics of discussion, and can lead to feelings of shame and depression.

This type of delusion occurs in patients with various mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, manic-depressive psychosis, paranoid disorder, low-grade schizophrenia, etc. It can also develop in people suffering from borderline personality disorder, who often have sexual fantasies or disturbances in the sexual sphere .

Within this concept, patients feel that others are constantly discussing their masturbation and sexual thoughts. They may think that other people know about their sexual desires, pains, or problems. Patients with sensitive masturbatory delusions may experience intense fear and shame about their natural sexual responses, fearing public humiliation or punishment
