Caring for a woman in labor

1. Warm the woman in labor.
2. Don't try to remove the placenta yourself.
3. Let the woman in labor rest in the same polo
married while contractions continue, subsequently
dock which should result in a placenta with an umbilical cord.
This usually happens within 20 minutes.
A little bleeding is normal in this case.
4. Place a clean towel under the placenta and
separated umbilical cord, placing them
still or at the same level as an infant. Later
they must be examined by a doctor.
5. Wipe the area around the vagina and hold
then a woman in labor under a blanket.
