Cefapizone

Cephapizole is an antibiotic belonging to the group of third-generation cephalosporins. Cefapizine is the active component of cefoperazone, which is used as a primary treatment for respiratory, urinary and genital tract infections. It can also be used to treat diseases of the bones, joints and skin. However, cephapzoin has a number of contraindications, such as hypersensitivity to penicillins and other antibiotics, severe liver and kidney diseases, as well as pregnancy and lactation.
