Chest Rotators

The thoracic rotator (musculus pectoralis major, PNA, BNA, JNA) is a muscle that provides elevation, adduction, internal rotation and descent of the upper segment of the body. It is the largest muscle of the anterior chest and, together with the latissimus dorsi muscle, occupies the inner lateral surface of this part of the skeleton. Rotational movements of the muscle are transformed into opposite movements of the shoulder joint, collarbone, scapula and into intermediate movements of the upper limb girdle. Thanks to
