Dosage forms: granulate for preparing a hot drink 120 mg/10 mg
Ingredients: Paracetamol + Ascorbic acid.
Indications for use: Pain syndrome is moderate or mild (headache, sore throat, neuralgia, pain after surgery or injury), colds and other infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to paracetamol and other components of the drug. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. Genetic absence of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (danger of hemolytic anemia). Blood diseases. Age up to 6 years. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: Not recommended.
Side effects: Possible allergic skin reactions (rash, itching, urticaria, facial swelling, sweating, nausea, suffocation, drop in blood pressure up to shock). Rarely - hematopoietic disorders (leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and agranulocytosis). Long-term use in high doses may cause liver and kidney dysfunction.

Special instructions: Do not simultaneously use other drugs containing paracetamol, other non-narcotic analgesics and NSAIDs (metamizole sodium, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, etc.), as well as barbiturates, antiepileptic drugs, rifampicin, chloramphenicol. The simultaneous use of other drugs should be agreed with a doctor. Use with caution and under medical supervision in patients with impaired liver or kidney function, Gilbert's syndrome, patients with diabetes mellitus and people prone to drinking alcohol. With long-term (more than 5 days) use of the drug, monitoring of the peripheral blood picture and the functional state of the liver is necessary.
