Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity
- Severe forms of IHD
- Renal dysfunction
- Senile age

Interaction:
- Enhances the effect of vasodilators and antihypertensive drugs, indirect coagulants
- Weakens the effect of alpha-agonists, including clonidine

Limitations: Bradycardia, arterial hypotension. Rapid intravenous administration may cause acute orthostatic hypotension.
