Indications for use:

  1. Psychoorganic syndrome in old age
  2. Peripheral artery diseases
  3. Buerger's disease
  4. Obliterating atherosclerosis
  5. Diabetic angiopathy
  6. Spasm of arteries during thrombosis, thrombophlebitis
  7. Varicose syndrome
  8. Cerebrovascular disorders
  9. Vertebrobasilar insufficiency
  10. Ischemic stroke
  11. Conditions after hemorrhagic stroke or traumatic brain injury
  12. Arterial hypertension
  13. Disorders of the blood supply to the retina and choroid
  14. Retrobulbar neuritis
  15. Meniere's syndrome
  16. Cochleovestibular syndrome of vascular origin

Contraindications:

  1. Hypersensitivity
  2. Severe forms of IHD
  3. Renal dysfunction
  4. Senile age

Side effect:

  1. Anorexia
  2. Dyspeptic phenomena
  3. Stomach ache
  4. Visual impairment
  5. Nasal congestion
  6. Orthostatic hypotension
  7. Skin rash

Interaction:

  1. Enhances the effect of vasodilators and antihypertensive drugs, indirect coagulants
  2. Weakens the effect of alpha-agonists, including clonidine

Special instructions:
Limitations: Bradycardia, arterial hypotension. Rapid intravenous administration may cause acute orthostatic hypotension.
