Diaphysitis

Diaphysitis is an inflammatory disease of the synovial membrane at the level of the diaphysis of the bones of the body, occurring after an injury. This disease is otherwise referred to as rheumatic joint disease, which reflects the characteristics of its clinical picture and diagnostic search. In the 40s XX century The disease has acquired another name - aseptic necrosis of the bone diaphysis. However, later this diagnostic concept was excluded from ICD-10 because it did not correspond to the etiopathogenetic aspect of pathogenesis.
