The drug is not recommended for use in cases of hypersensitivity to diltiazem, cardiogenic shock, left ventricular systolic dysfunction, sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, sinoatrial and AV block II-III degree, severe aortic stenosis, Wolff-Parconson-White syndrome and Lown-Ganong syndrome -Levin with paroxysms of atrial fibrillation or flutter, impaired liver and kidney function, childhood, pregnancy and lactation.
